There were a few nice/ pleasant staff, but they were few and far between. The staff here pay no attention to detail and overall poor customer service. The slots do seem to pay out more than most casinos. They quit service alcohol shortly after midnight, and the only time I seen staff passionate about anything was when they needed to get all alcohol off the casino floor by 1 AM. They close all table games around 2-3 AM. 1-3 table games open and 1 craps table on Saturday night. I asked pit boss X2, they both just shrugged their shoulders and had no idea about it. The roulette wheel was broke the entire time.
CASINO: The casino definitely caters to slot players. I don't think the store opened the entire time. The front desk said each time it would open in 15-20 minutes and they only had one staff to run the front desk and the store. I had tried to go there 3x to get pain reliever for a headache. They have a small store attached to the hotel with snacks, drinks. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was very nice. The rooms are nice - roomy showers with good pressure! The TV has a good variety of channels and has HD. HOTEL: I stayed with a friend for 2 nights at the Casino/ Hotel.
